Yordan is a graduate in law from Université Libre de Bruxelles, Private law Department, Company law Section (2011).

He started his career at the Brussels Bar in 2011, at the law firm Rulkin and Partners, where he practiced debt collection, commercial law, company law and international contracts law.

Passionate about tax law and willing to expand his professional horizons, he pursued his career as a Business Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young (2014). His tasks at this position included different lines of advisory and compliance in connection with national and international corporate income tax issues, i.e. advice on corporate tax aspects related to Belgian and cross border transactions, structuring and reorganizations, ruling requests, preparation of protest letters and answers to questionnaires and notices of tax adjustments, assistance for the preparation of tax returns, negotiation with the tax authorities, etc. Simultaneously, he graduated in tax management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (2015).

Back at the Bar, he founded the firm Lion’s Law in 2016 in order to do – in total independence – what he does best: advise and defend SMEs.

Bulgarian and speaking several languages, he has a wide network of contacts allowing him to represent different foreign enterprises in Belgium (among others from Eastern Europe), as well as Belgian enterprises abroad.
